So, I've had to call Cox Communications customer support for my grandparents a few times, and honestly, it's hit or miss. Like, sometimes you get someone super friendly and helpful and they get your billing or tech problem fixed right away. One time in Sandestin, we had a cable issue, and they managed to get a tech out in two days, which was pretty decent.
But there have also been times when I got bounced around between reps or had to wait forever just to talk to a real person. The Sandestin owners get a special rep, which sounds cool, but you still have to go through all the regular questions. The thing is, a lot of these support lines are 24/7, so that's a plus if you’re dealing with a TV blackout at midnight, but the experience can depend a ton on who you get. My advice is to call early in the morning, and always ask for a technician if you're stuck. It’s not perfect, but at least they're open all the time!
