I totally think having artists like Tems at the Club World Cup could actually get a bunch more people—especially teens or people who don't usually watch soccer—to tune in. Like, I wasn't planning to care about the final at all until I heard Tems and Doja Cat were performing. One of my cousins literally just watches for the halftime show, not even the game!

Sports events can feel kinda serious or just for diehard fans. Adding music from stars like Tems makes the whole vibe more chill and fun. It's almost like the Super Bowl where the halftime is just as big as the game. Even if people don't become hardcore soccer fans overnight, they might pay more attention or at least talk about the tournament the next day. I think it's cool that they're making soccer something everyone can enjoy, not just sports people. I'd say, for a lot of my friends, they're only watching the Club World Cup because they want to see what Tems does. And who knows, maybe they'll stick around for the second half too.
