Honestly, I think this England vs Senegal loss might end up helping England, as wild as that sounds. Losing 3-1 to Senegal stings, especially with all the hype around a new manager like Thomas Tuchel. But sometimes getting beat exposes all the stuff your team really needs to fix way better than a boring win against a weak team ever could.

Like, in this match, England looked kinda flat and confused a lot of the time. They couldn't keep up with Senegal’s energy, and their attack just died most of the second half. When you get outplayed like that, you can't just pretend everything's going great. Kane and Tuchel both admitted things have to change fast if they want to do anything at the World Cup. I’ve seen teams get overconfident by only playing easy friendlies – then fall apart in the tournament. At least now England knows their real weaknesses.

So, yeah, it sucks right now, but it’s a wake-up call. If England pays attention and steps up training, I wouldn’t be surprised if this loss actually makes them tougher later. Sometimes getting knocked down is what makes you stronger.
