I totally get how stressful it is when your refund just disappears after you already sent your stuff back. If Amazon ever reverses your refund, I’ve found that the most important thing is to keep every single receipt or tracking number when you ship a return. Screenshots help too, especially of any emails Amazon sends about your return being accepted.

If this happens, call or message Amazon support right away and show them your proof. Sometimes they say they didn’t get the item or that it was damaged, but if you’ve got tracking that says it was delivered, you’ve got a strong case. I remember my cousin had this happen with a jacket and only got her money back after sending like, five screenshots to customer service.

If Amazon still doesn’t help, that’s when you might look into filing a complaint with your state attorney general, the Better Business Bureau, or even joining a class action if there’s a lawsuit like the current one. Don’t just give up because they reversed the refund. Keep pushing! You’re not the only one this has happened to.
