So, here's what I think really sets Andor Season 2 apart from other Star Wars shows: it's honestly way more realistic and kinda gritty than anything else in the franchise. Like, the worlds actually feel lived-in because they use real sets and locations, not just green screens all the time. When I watched it, it reminded me more of a spy movie or a drama than a typical space show.
The characters aren't just good or bad either—they've got real problems and don't always do the right thing, which makes them way more relatable. Even the villains like Dedra and Syril get more time so you kinda get where they're coming from (even if they're horrible people). All those politics and messed up choices make it feel more serious, especially compared to other Star Wars stuff that's super black-and-white. Honestly, I feel like even people who aren't huge Star Wars fans can get into Andor just because it looks and feels so different. It's way more grounded, and you can totally tell how much work went into building all those worlds and stories.
