I always worry about privacy when using new AI chat stuff, especially for business. With platforms like DuckDuckGo, it’s kinda cool that they let you keep chat history just on your own device instead of their servers. If you’re talking business, you can delete chats or even use a built-in button to erase everything, so there’s not as much risk of someone else getting your info. They also say that your IP address is removed before sending things to their AI provider, which I think is smart. I haven’t heard of anyone getting hacked through DuckDuckGo chats yet, but I’d still avoid putting super sensitive secrets or passwords in any chat—'cause once you do, you never really know how it could leak. If you’re careful and use the privacy settings right, these AI chats seem a lot safer than stuff that just saves everything forever. Still, best to always double-check the rules before talking about anything really important.
