Are the regular people in Rivers State more worried about all this political stuff between Fubara and Wike, or do they just want everything to chill out and be normal again?

From what I’ve seen online and heard from people who live there, most regular folks in Rivers State just want all the drama to stop. Like, there's this constant feud between Fubara and Wike, but when PANDEF’s Sara-Igbe was talking, he made it super clear: people care more about peace than who’s fighting who. Reminds me of being stuck in the middle of my parents’ arguments—you don’t even care anymore who started it, you just want it to end!

Everyone’s tired of all the "political family" fighting. They just want good roads, jobs, and not to worry that their state could go totally sideways with emergency rules and stuff. The big guys might act like it’s some loyalty contest, but honestly, the regular people just want calm, not more headlines about fights.

So yeah, while the news makes a big deal out of the Fubara-Wike conflict, most people on the ground just want life to be normal. Honestly, that’s what I’d want, too.
