Yeah, that's something I've wondered too! Whenever a country gets really "trendy," especially after big wins in sports or everyone suddenly wants to visit, it can set up a bubble. Like, a bunch of investors and businesses jump in super fast, hoping to make a quick buck, but sometimes they're not really looking at whether it will last.

Think about how some places get super popular and suddenly house prices or business rents skyrocket, and then if tourism drops or people get bored, everything crashes. I actually saw that happen in a city where my friend lived—lots of new bars and shops opened after a big event, but most closed a couple years later because there weren't enough jobs for locals once the hype ended.

So, even though Croatia might seem like the next big thing, I think anyone interested needs to ask if the growth is really solid or just "hype." A bubble can be fun for a little while but can mess up the whole business scene later! Always gotta watch out for that.
