Is it a good idea for the Nuggets to keep letting Jamal Murray play in the playoffs when he's dealing with an illness, or should they give someone else more minutes instead?

So, as someone who watches a ton of NBA games, I'm always torn when guys like Jamal Murray play while they're sick. Part of me gets that you want your best player out there, especially since Murray dropped 22 points even while sick in Game 6. But I feel like letting him play a lot of minutes when he's not 100% can backfire. He might run out of gas late or even make his illness worse.

The Nuggets don't have much depth, which makes it tricky. Their rotation is already super short, so if Murray isn't there, it's like... who else will score? Still, sometimes you gotta trust your bench, even if they're not stars. I actually think Denver should've tried giving someone like Russell Westbrook or one of the younger guys more minutes when Murray first showed signs of being sick, or at least rested him more at the start. You gotta think long term, because if he gets worse and misses Game 7, that could be way worse for Denver. So yeah, it's risky, but if they're desperate, I get why they'd roll the dice. I've seen teams regret running their stars into the ground when they're not fully healthy, though!
