Honestly, nothing really shocks me with Nigerian politics anymore. If the new PDP members who joined the Akwa Ibom APC start causing too much drama or don’t vibe with the OG APC members, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a big fight or even talks about kicking them out. I’ve seen this happen in a student government group at school—the new folks think they can run things, but the old members push back hard.
In bigger parties like APC, it’s usually about who controls more supporters or who can bring in more votes. If the governor and his squad have the power, it’ll be tough to throw them out, even if some old APC folks hate it. But if things get messy, like massive protests or crazy bad press, the national APC leaders might just tell everyone to "chill" or kick out real troublemakers.
Still, most times, Nigerian politicians agree on sharing positions before things get ugly. It’s all about bargaining seats and projects. So yeah, it could happen, but not unless everybody really loses it. I’d kinda like to see what happens though, just for the drama!
