I've always wondered if making schools better in ebonyi state will actually change how much money people can make. After chatting with some friends who grew up there, I think it can help, but it's not magic. The Ministry of Education is trying hard to make students ready for the world, which is cool. More kids getting a good education could mean more people starting businesses or getting jobs that pay more.

My cousin went to one of the "better" schools after some of these changes started, and now she's got work in an office instead of doing only odd jobs. She keeps saying there are more computer lessons now and teachers care more. But just having good schools might not be enough if there aren't jobs or business opportunities for graduates. Like, what’s the point of studying business if you can’t open a small shop or get hired somewhere?

I think the education push is a good start for ebonyi state, but local businesses and the whole economy need to grow too. If both happen together, everyone wins. I wanna believe it’s more than just talk, but we need to wait and see.
