Alright, so in my opinion, it feels like Twitch mostly cares about making money from ads, not really about protecting your privacy. I’ve seen that they ask for a bunch of data so they can show targeted ads, and yeah, they say you can turn some stuff off, but it never feels like your info is totally private.

A couple of my friends who stream said they've had issues with weird people messaging them, and even when they report problems, Twitch can be kinda slow to react. Twitch talks about all their privacy rules and gives you options, but I think if ads stopped making them cash, they'd care way less about privacy.

They gotta keep users happy so people keep streaming, but at the end of the day, ads and business come first. I always tell my friends to be smart about what they share on stream and in their profiles, cause you never really know who's watching or what Twitch or Amazon is doing with your info. So yeah, it’s way more about the money than privacy, if you ask me!
