I’ve heard so many people say Pep Guardiola is just lucky cause he always manages clubs with tons of money. Like, yeah, Man City and Barcelona spend big, but that doesn’t guarantee you win everything. I've seen teams spend so much and still flop. What makes Pep different is how he gets teams playing a whole new style. I remember watching City before Pep and they were nowhere near as good to watch.

Also, check out how many players he’s helped become world class, not just bought! He takes risks with young guys and totally improves them. People say anyone could win with City’s budget, but not everyone could play the way Pep’s teams do. I feel like his style and tactics matter just as much as any signings.

So yeah, maybe he does get a bit hyped cause he’s always at top clubs, but I honestly think he deserves most of it. Watching his teams, you can just tell he has something special compared to other managers.
