Honestly, if I were in Regina Chukwu's shoes, I'd feel overloaded too. From what I've seen, she basically called out skit makers and other content creators because they just keep flooding her DMs, hoping she'll share their stuff. I get that everyone wants clout, but it probably gets super annoying if you’re a celebrity with a massive following and people only see you as a stepping stone. It’s like, do they even see her as a person or just a billboard for their videos?
Regina wants people to respect her space and stop treating her like she owes them a shoutout just because she’s famous. I guess she’s saying, hey, build your hustle first instead of leaning on someone else's hard-earned platform. I respect her for speaking up. If I were her, I’d want fans and skit makers to get that support isn’t automatic, and being pushy might actually hurt your chances.
So yeah, Regina Chukwu had to warn them because boundaries matter, especially online. I think more celebs might start doing the same thing if the spam continues. You can’t expect people to always promote you for free just because they’re in the spotlight.
