I think the real turning points in the Hatayspor vs Fenerbahçe game were the substitutions around the 63rd to 72nd minute. Like, when Osayi-Samuel and Szymański came off and O. Aydın and D. Tadić were subbed in, that totally changed Fenerbahçe’s style of play. I’ve noticed that bringing on Tadić almost always boosts their attack because he's got experience and can control the tempo.
It’s kinda weird because sometimes I feel like taking out Szymański throws the midfield balance off a bit, but when you need to go all-out for a win, you gotta take risks. İ. Yüksek coming on for Fenerbahçe in the 72nd minute added even more energy, so you could tell the coach wanted to keep pressing and maybe break down Hatayspor's defense while they tired out.
From what I watched, after those subs, there was a real shift in momentum. Even if the match wasn't like 5-0 or anything, those changes keep things tense and unpredictable. It’s moments like these that make football super exciting. Stuff like that is why I always watch the full 90 minutes!
