Now that Cristiano Ronaldo is officially gone from Al Nassr, it's honestly kind of wild to imagine what’s next for them! The dude scored 24 goals and was the league's top scorer, so he’s basically a huge part of why they did so well this season, even if they missed out on the top spot. I've seen clubs totally lose their spark after a big name leaves, but sometimes it also lets younger players step up and prove themselves.
The cool thing is the Club World Cup transfer window opens in June, so Al Nassr might go after a new superstar or maybe a couple of solid foreign players to shake up the squad. Thing is, you can’t just replace Ronaldo, but changing things up could actually help them start fresh and figure out a new team style that works without always passing everything to him. I’m honestly excited to see if they go for another big name or maybe focus on a team-first approach now. Either way, I think they’ll still be in the mix next season — but, man, it’s definitely going to feel different without Ronaldo in that yellow jersey!
