Okay, so I always thought Choi Jung Woo had this super real way of acting that just made him believable in pretty much any role. Like, I've seen him in dramas where he’s this strict boss, and in other shows, he's hilarious. He wasn't like some actors who always play the same character. Even my mom, who’s picky about K-dramas, loved how genuine he felt on screen.

What’s wild is that he started on stage, which I think made his acting more powerful—like, more expressive without being too much. I read he even won Best Actor at the Dong-A Theatre Awards, which is a big deal for Korean theater. Most actors don't do both stage and TV so well. He also worked as a voice actor, so his voice always had a cool vibe. In all his shows, from City Hunter to The Legend of the Blue Sea, you could spot him right away by how he owned every scene.

Honestly, I think he set the bar for "old school" acting in K-dramas, but always managed to seem new.
