I’ve noticed that every time a celebrity says something dramatic, people jump straight to wild rumors! The whole "Burna Boy is he dead" thing blew up because he posted about the old him being dead, not that he actually died. Like, he posted about the "African Giant" part of him being gone and how now he calls himself "Big 7." I think people just read the word "dead" and freaked out instead of reading the whole post. Honestly, social media makes everything sound way worse than it is.
One of my friends legit texted me asking if Burna Boy was dead and I had to pull up receipts to show him he’s still around, dropping new music and doing his thing. Just goes to show how fast people can twist what a celeb says, especially if it’s mysterious or different. Burna himself is totally fine, so the whole death thing is just people taking what he said literally, when it’s totally a figure of speech. So yeah, don’t believe every rumor you read online, especially about celebrities!
