Honestly, it's not every day you hear that Legia Warszawa fans, who are usually super passionate, decide to totally ditch supporting from the stands. The whole thing is kind of wild to me because Legia's home games are usually this massive party, but for the match vs Wisla Plock and probably other games, the fans actually said they're not gonna chant, bring banners, or do any of their usual stuff this season. From what I've read, the biggest reason is that they're just completely fed up with the club's management. It's like, summer just started, the Europa League qualifiers are about to kick off, and the club hasn't signed any new players yet.
I get where the supporters are coming from, though. If your team isn’t making moves, but you’re expected to show up and go all out at every game, it gets annoying. I remember when my local team didn't sign anyone for months, and it just felt like management didn’t care. A lot of fans see silence and empty stands as a way to get the message across that something needs to change. I kinda hope the club wakes up and sorts things out, because matches without Legia fans are just way less fun.
