Well, it's actually a bit crazy, but apparently, over 1.5 million out of 1.9 million candidates scored below 200 in the 2025 UTME results!😱 One reason given by the Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, is because the government has some strict policies against cheating now. 😬 They are really cracking down on exam malpractice.

I guess this means that students who might have used "alternative" methods to score higher aren't able to do that anymore. And get this - the exam isn't actually harder than before. Prof. Ishaq Oloyede from JAMB said that these scores are similar to what we've seen in the past 12 years. πŸ€” So maybe it's more about everyone getting used to being honest, you know?

To be honest, preparing better and ensuring you understand the exam format is key. I remember practicing a ton for my exams, and it really paid off. And oh! If you’re worried about your score, remember there are other educational paths available too. Good luck! 😊
