Honestly, it's always been wild to me how Superman just keeps changing faces in the movies. Like, one minute it's Christopher Reeve, then Brandon Routh, and then Henry Cavill, and now they're talking about another Superman for the next movie. I get that sometimes actors age out or the studios want a new vibe, but it feels like they can't just settle on one guy for Superman, you know? In my experience watching these movies, it can kinda mess with your idea of the character when he keeps totally changing. Like, my dad always says Christopher Reeve is the real Superman, and I get it because he was the OG for a lot of people. But then there's people who grew up with Cavill who think he's the best. I guess changing actors helps the movies feel more modern, but sometimes I wish they'd just pick someone and let him stick with it so we could get really attached. Honestly, seeing a new face every few years just makes it harder to feel like Superman is a real person and not just some part anyone can play. Still, I'll probably watch the new Superman, even if I'm annoyed they've switched again.
