Honestly, it's kinda wild but I think people just have a soft spot for Arnold Schwarzenegger. Like, yeah, he's older in FUBAR and his acting is pretty much the same as always, but that doesn't seem to bother most fans. I remember my older brother laughing about how Arnie's still dropping those classic one-liners and looking super serious even when things get a bit ridiculous. I think that's what actually makes the show fun.
I've seen people on social media say they didn't expect to like FUBAR because the plot is totally unrealistic and over-the-top, but they ended up having a good time anyway. Maybe it's nostalgia, or just that feeling you get seeing a legend like Schwarzenegger trying something new and still giving it his all. It’s like, you know the backstory is wild and some stuff just doesn’t make sense, but you keep watching because it’s just plain fun. That's the cool thing about this kind of entertainment — you can sit back, relax, and not take things too seriously. Arnie still knows how to own the screen, and people seem to love him for it.
