Honestly, I'm not surprised so many people have a consumer complaint about CURE Auto Insurance lately. Imagine your car insurance company deciding to raise your rates by 25 percent, twice in one year, then actually getting away with it. That's basically what happened in Michigan. A bunch of my friends and family were ticked off because they felt trapped—auto insurance is mandatory here, so you can't exactly just skip it if it gets pricey. And then, on top of that, I heard some people weren't even getting their medical bills covered after accidents, which sounds super stressful. I saw something about complaints jumping by almost 50 percent in just one year for CURE, which is wild, especially since they're not even one of the biggest insurers in Michigan. I get why people are going online and reporting their problems or calling for legal help. If you're gonna charge a lot, at least help out when someone actually needs to make a claim! So yeah, the frustration is real because it's not just about the money—it's about feeling like you're getting ripped off and ignored all at once. My advice: don't be afraid to speak up or file a complaint if something feels off, because clearly, you're not alone.
