I've wondered this too, and honestly, it feels like every World Food Day people talk about ending hunger but nothing seems different. Part of the problem is that even when governments and organizations make huge promises, there's so much fighting, politics, and sometimes just not enough money or cooperation to actually fix the issues. I've read that fixing world hunger needs everyone to work together, but countries usually just look out for themselves or get caught up in arguing. Also, sometimes money that should go to help people just gets lost or used wrong. I think a lot of people have kind of given up hope because they've heard the same speeches for years, but not seen any real change. But even with all this, I've seen some good stuff, like how local groups and even students have organized food drives or garden projects that actually help people right away in their own neighborhoods. So, even if the big world problems seem stuck, regular people can still make a difference on a small scale, and that’s something that keeps me hopeful.
