Man, this gets on my nerves too Honestly, its all about those massive TV deals that networks like ESPN or TNT have with the NBA They pretty much pay a ton of money just to have the rights to show the big games, especially during the playoffs That’s why, even if you turn on your regular local channel, you might not see the Knicks vs Boston Celtics game when its such a huge matchup

I remember trying to watch a couple years back at my cousins house, and we were so confused why the game wasnt on the usual local station Its because the league makes more money letting ESPN or ABC have the exclusive broadcast, and in exchange, we all have to hunt around for the right channel or streaming app

It feels kinda annoying, like they could show it everywhere and let more people enjoy Instead, you gotta make sure you have the right service or stream just to catch the action It’s definitely something that trips up a lot of fans every year
