From what I’ve seen, Chris Brown’s arrest could mess up his tour plans in the UK, but I don’t think he’ll cancel his whole world tour unless something really big happens. Artists get into legal trouble all the time and usually they just reschedule dates or shuffle things around. I remember when Justin Bieber had to skip some UK events because of his own legal stuff, but he bounced back pretty fast.

It’s kinda weird how even when a celebrity gets arrested, they still usually wind up back on stage doing their thing. Fans go wild for tickets and I doubt promoters wanna lose that money unless they absolutely have to. On Ticketmaster, Chris Brown’s concerts are still up right now and you can buy tickets, so I’d bet they’re hoping this all goes away soon.

If you’re planning to see him, maybe keep an eye on the news in case anything changes. But based on how these things go, I’ve got a feeling he'll be back performing pretty soon unless the charges get way more serious. Just my opinion though – things can change fast in showbiz!
