Yeah, students (or their parents) can try to sue waec, especially if they think the midnight exam situation was totally unfair or even dangerous. I mean, imagine being forced to sit for an important test when you should be asleep or when there’s not even proper light! In my opinion, that’s not just stressful but kinda risky too.

From what I’ve seen, people usually win these sorts of cases if they can prove their basic rights were affected—like if everyone's supposed to have the same chance at the exam but some had to do it in the dark at weird times. But honestly, taking legal action is expensive and takes forever. Plus, big organizations like waec have their own teams of lawyers. Still, if enough students complain and there's lots of social media attention, it can really put pressure on waec to change things, even if the lawsuit itself drags on. I think the more people who speak up, the more likely it is waec will have to take responsibility. So yeah, it’s possible, but it’s not easy.
