You know, I've been wondering the same thing about Alex Otti and this whole chase for foreign investments. On one hand, getting that $120 million agriculture deal sounds awesome and could create a bunch of jobs, but what if it just lets big international companies take over everything? Like my uncle has a small farm in Abia and he’s always worried that if a giant foreign company rolls in, they’ll buy up the land and run smaller folks out of business.

Otti seems pretty excited about bringing in big money, and I get it, the state needs those jobs and new tech. But if he’s not careful, local farmers might get left behind. I think he'd have to put some rules or support in place for the local guys, so that they don't just get squashed by these mega-corps. I wish the government talked more about supporting small businesses when these deals happen. From what I've followed, it’s like a mix of hope and fear with stuff like this – if Otti balances things out, it could be good for everyone, but if he only cares about the big deals, it could backfire. Just my two cents!
