I gotta say, it really feels like every time there’s new Nollywood drama, people start saying it’s just for clout or a movie promo. With Godwin Nnadiekwe ending up in the hospital after an ‘incident’ with Zubby Michael, I’ve seen a lot of fans online wondering whether it’s all fake for attention. It wouldn’t even be the first time that actors have pulled stunts for publicity, especially around new movies.

But honestly, from the posts and how the story’s flying around, this doesn’t look like a planned thing to me. Godwin seem’s hurt for real, and the way his colleagues are reacting, it’s more serious than some cheap promo trick. But you never really know with these stars—the entertainment industry is wild and sometimes real-life drama ends up being used to hype movies anyway. If it’s real, I hope Godwin recovers. If it does turn out to be a publicity stunt, a lot of people are gonna feel played, me included!
