I think if Tinubu appoints only people who are loyal to him or his party, it could really mess up job opportunities in schools and make stuff less fair. Like, my friend’s older brother applied to be a lecturer but didn’t get it, and he said it’s probably because he didn’t “know the right people.” It just seems like people are more likely to get jobs if they're connected, rather than if they're actually good teachers or workers.

If all the school bosses are just there to make Tinubu happy, they might ignore students’ needs. Stuff like fixing problems in the classroom or listening to what teachers want might get way worse, and it could also mean the same kind of people just keep running things, without new ideas. That really doesn’t feel right, especially for young people who wanna get into education jobs without being part of some political group. So yeah, if Tinubu appoints only loyalists, I feel like regular folks could miss out big time.
