Dude, you totally don't need a bunch of crypto to use the Coinbase Wallet extension. When I first tried it, I literally had like ten bucks worth of ETH, just messing around to see how it worked. The cool part is, you can connect to dapps, look at NFTs, and check out DeFi projects with just a small amount. It's not just for whales (people with tons of coins), and actually, I think it's way less scary to learn when you only have a little on the line.

Also, it's good to get used to how the wallet works before you go crazy investing in coins. Since you hold your own private keys with this wallet, you're in control, which is awesome, but you gotta remember your recovery phrase – I've lost mine before and it was a nightmare. So yeah, it's great for beginners and you don't have to be rich to try it out. Just start small and learn before putting in anything big. That's what I did, and I felt way better about messing with crypto after that.
