Spending a summer in Valencia is pretty awesome! I once visited during the hot months, and trust me, there’s no shortage of things to do.
First off, the beaches are a big draw. You can hit up places like Playa de la Malvarrosa, which is this massive stretch of golden sand kissed by the Mediterranean. I once spent a whole afternoon there playing beach volleyball and chilling with friends—best day ever.
Another cool thing is exploring the old town, with its historic buildings and cool squares—perfect for when you want to cool down with ice cream. Couple that with a visit to the City of Arts and Sciences. It's this epic, futuristic structure with loads to explore, like an oceanarium and science museum.
And don’t forget the food! I spent one evening at a street market trying out all kinds of tapas. In my opinion, that's the best way to end a day in Valencia. So, yeah, Valencia's summer scene is totally worth checking out!
