I've gotta say, what makes Liam Delap special is kinda his mix of power and the ability to just show up at the right place. I was watching highlights and he doesn't just wait in the box—he's all over the place, making runs and always seems to be involved whenever his team's attacking. Plus, 12 goals for a team struggling like Ipswich is actually impressive if you think about it. Loads of young strikers disappear in tough games, but Delap kept popping up for them. Compared to the other young strikers in the market now, like some still coming through the academies, Delap's already shown he can score in the Premier League, and that's a big deal. Also, he's got confidence and isn't scared to go up against big-name defenders. I feel like that's why both Chelsea and United wanted him. But he’s not perfect—he still has to work on things like his first touch and finishing under pressure. But yeah, I'd say he’s just more proven in real games than a lot of the guys his age, which is pretty cool to see.
