Man, Lil Durk is actually throwing a crazy amount of money at the court trying to get out. From everything I've read, he's pieced together this $2.7 million bond package! That’s one million cash from himself, another million from his record label, and like $700,000 from real estate. That’s way more money than most people could ever come up with in a lifetime. I think he's just desperate to get back to his family and music, especially since he’s been locked up since October last year. But even with all that cash, the judge still hasn’t let him out. They’re worried he could be a flight risk or might mess with witnesses, so they keep denying him. Honestly, in my opinion, it’s wild how money doesn’t always help in these situations, especially when the case is this serious. I really hope for his sake they at least think about it more at his next hearing in June.
