This is something I ask myself a lot! Watching Open Heaven 4 June 2025 online or joining virtual prayer groups can be super helpful, especially if you can’t go out or are shy. Like, I’ve made friends just by chatting in the comment sections, and I even learned about new hobbies from those online communities. But honestly, it’s just not the exact same as hanging out in person.
When I meet up with my local youth group or hobby club, it just feels different—you get to laugh together, see people’s reactions, and there’s just more energy. Online’s cool for learning and quick connection, but for me, face-to-face meetups are better for building real friendships and really sticking with your hobbies. Both have pros and cons, but if you want that deeper connection and more fun, nothing beats real life meetups. Still, online can be a great start if you’re nervous or can’t leave home.
