I'm wondering if the news and updates on forex factory are reliable. Is it better or worse than other places people get trading information from?

I've noticed forex factory news is actually pretty solid for staying on top of what's moving the markets, but I wouldn't say it's perfect. When I compare it with something like Bloomberg or Reuters, those sites are more about deep analysis, while forex factory is quick hits and what traders are chatting about right now.

Sometimes the news is literally minutes faster than big news sites, especially for live economic data releases and quick reactions. But there have been times when the details or context are a little thin, so I double-check big headlines before reacting. One advantage is the community discussion right under each news post—you can see other traders' takes and sometimes someone has caught an error or noticed something the site missed. So, for fast, trader-focused news it's really good, but I wouldn't make big trading decisions based only on it. I always try to cross-check the big stuff just to be safe.
