From what I’ve seen online and talking with my older cousins, people have a lot to say about this whole "Fubara visits Tinubu" thing. Supporters of Fubara are getting kinda hopeful—some are saying maybe the emergency rule in Rivers will end soon and Fubara could come back. It’s like they’re ready to throw a party if he returns as governor!

But then there are critics who don’t trust this meeting at all. They think it’s just backdoor deals as usual, and worry that if the president keeps getting involved, nobody in the state government is actually learning to solve problems themselves. A few people even said this could be dangerous for our federal system.

Some folks are pretty indifferent or even bored, because this power struggle between Fubara and Wike has been dragging on forever, and they just want their leaders to actually work together and fix things so life gets better in Rivers.

Honestly, I’ve found that most regular people just want stability and peace in their state. The politicians keep fighting, but everyone else is like, just make things work again. That’s how I see it too.
