I’ve looked into these and they’re actually not just regular celebrity pans! The Stanley Tucci GreenPan frypans have a three-ply stainless steel body and use this thing called Infinite8 coating, which is PFAS-free. That’s a big deal because PFAS chemicals are found in a lot of old-school nonstick pans and can be kind of sketchy for your health. The coating is supposed to last super long and stay nonstick even after a bunch of uses.

A friend of mine who’s super into cooking bought the 8 and 10 inch set and said it heats up fast, cooks evenly, and cleans up easy, which is awesome if you don’t want to be scrubbing forever. Also, GreenPan only charges your credit card when it ships, and if there’s anything wrong, you get a warranty (which I haven’t seen on cheap pans from stores like Target). So, what’s cool is these pans seem made for people who actually cook a lot, not just for looks. If you follow Tucci for his food series, it kind of feels like you’re cooking with him in your kitchen, which I think is fun.
