I have a friend whose mom works at Fidelity Bank, and from what she says, it's honestly a mixed bag. A lot of people talk about the whole community vibes, volunteering, and giving back, and from what I've seen, they're not totally faking it. It's actually a big deal at their branch—they go out to do community clean-ups and help teach people about money and stuff. I think that's kinda cool because not every bank does that.
But let's be real, most folks are looking for a decent paycheck and job stability first. I talked to someone who applied there and she said it's got good benefits and they help you grow your career, especially if you start young. That training and chance to move up sounds pretty legit.
So, yeah, the community stuff is real for people who like that, but if you're just there for the cash, they won't hold it against you. I feel like it's a place for people who want both security and a sense of purpose, even if the paycheck is the first reason most people show up.
