Right away, Predator Killer of Killers stands out because it’s not just another movie about a bunch of people facing off against a single Predator. Instead, it’s this wild animated anthology with three stories in totally different time periods. You get Vikings, ninjas, and a WWII pilot all dealing with a Predator—each story is its own thing. I’ve watched a ton of Predator movies, and usually they stick with a group of tough guys in one setting, fighting for survival. Here, you see different cultures, weapons, fighting styles, even different ways they find to try and beat the Predator. Plus, the animation style is pretty stylish, so it doesn’t look like any of the older movies. Also, the violence is way more intense than I expected—it doesn’t pull any punches. I honestly think it’s cool that they tried something new instead of just rehashing the same formula. It’s a good way to keep the franchise from getting old, and I think a lot of people will remember this one because of how different it feels.
