Honestly, this whole siminalayi fubara and wike thing just feels wild to me. From what I’ve read, Wike backed Fubara super hard to become the governor of Rivers State, almost like a mentor or even a dad (Wike actually compared it to a son betraying his father!). But once Fubara got in, stuff went really south. Wike says Fubara turned against him and started working with their political enemies, which hurt him big time. Imagine your closest friend or someone you helped basically teaming up with people who want to bring you down — I get why Wike says he sometimes cries about it!
I’ve seen this kind of thing with people who get a big job thanks to someone, but then they just want to do things their own way or get away from their old boss's control. A lot of people say maybe Fubara was tired of being seen as Wike’s puppet. It’s rough because now Rivers State is a mess: the governor and the assembly got suspended, legal battles everywhere, and Tinubu had to step in. It’s just sad watching leaders fight while regular people deal with the chaos. I wonder if they’ll ever patch things up, but for now, it looks like trust is totally gone.
