That Manchester United vs Tottenham final just felt super lopsided to me, even if the score was only 1-0. Honestly, it looked like Spurs showed up with so much more energy and hunger. I was watching and thinking, why don't United ever seem to have a backup plan? They're always waiting for Bruno Fernandes to pull something special, but if he has a quiet game, they look totally lost. I get that United had most of the possession in the second half and some big chances, but none of it felt truly dangerous. Meanwhile, Tottenham looked like a team with a point to prove, especially after not winning anything for 17 years. Their defenders, especially van de Ven, were throwing their bodies at everything, and that goal-line clearance was wild. From my view, it came down to attitude and maybe better coaching. It just hurts more to lose when it looks like the other team wanted it more, which is what every United fan I know was saying after the game. If United keep playing like that, missing out on Europe makes total sense.
