Why do movies and TV shows always show spinning camera moves in action or fight scenes? Does it actually make things more exciting, or is it just a cheap trick that everyone copies now?

Honestly, I've always noticed how action scenes in movies and shows love using that quick spin move with the camera. To me, it kinda feels like they're trying to hype up the fight or make you feel like you're in the middle of the chaos. But after watching a ton of shows, I've realized not everyone likes that effect—sometimes it just makes me dizzy or confused about what's even happening. Some directors probably use it to keep you on your toes or distract you from sloppy choreography.

One time my friend and I rewatched a fight from one of those Marvel shows, and we had to pause because neither of us knew who hit who. It was just spinning everywhere! But then we watched an old Jackie Chan movie, and he barely uses that spin thing—he just lets the action speak for itself. So yeah, the spin camera effect can be cool if it’s used carefully, but I think a lot of movies just throw it in because it’s trendy now, not because it actually makes the scene better. If you feel like it’s overdone, you’re definitely not the only one—some people even skip ahead just to avoid the nausea!
