Honestly, it feels like every month there's some news about a celebrity getting charged with gbh with intent at some wild club. From what I've seen, I think it's way more about the drama of being a celebrity than it being a regular thing; fights happen at clubs, but if it's a famous person, it goes everywhere instantly. For regular folks, club fights probably happen all the time, but no one cares.
I remember seeing all those headlines about Chris Brown and this rapper HoodyBaby, and the stories get so much extra attention because of who they are. Sometimes people even think the stars get treated worse because the media loves to make an example out of them, or better because they can afford better lawyers. I don’t think it’s really more common for celebs to be violent, but their run-ins are super public. It might even be that people look for fights with them, hoping for clout or a payday, you know? Whatever the reason, when you put money, alcohol, and egos all together, especially with cameras around, things can blow up fast. But in my opinion, the hype is way bigger than the real number of cases. Celebs just live under a huge spotlight.
