Honestly, it's all over my social feeds too, and I was kinda confused at first! So, here's the real deal: lots of people started sharing this list online saying that Aisha Yesufu and like 35 other people got national honours from President Tinubu during Democracy Day. But I checked a few news stories, and the presidency totally shot it down. They called that list fake news straight up, because the official list from Tinubu only had 66 names, not 102—and Aisha's name wasn't one of 'em.
I think the buzz blew up just because Aisha Yesufu is super outspoken and not exactly a fan of the current government, so seeing her name on an official honours list was kinda wild. People started raging, supporting, arguing, all of it—especially fans of Tinubu who couldn't believe it. But, nah, she didn't get any award this time, it was all just some viral internet mix-up. Not gonna lie, I get why people bought it at first, but it's a reminder to double-check stuff before running with it! Pretty wild how fast news (and fake news) can blow up when it involves big names like Aisha Yesufu.
