So with Werenoi, it always bugged me how you barely ever saw him in interviews or partying with other rappers on Insta. But I kind of get it. From what I've seen, he was super focused on his music and really valued staying out of drama and gossip. Like, nobody really knew much about his family or his real life except that he grew up in Montreuil and was of Cameroonian origin. He just kept everything lowkey and let his music speak for him.

Personally, I think being private actually worked. It made people even more interested in him, so when he dropped new music, everyone paid attention. But I can also see how it might have hurt because he wasn't out there promoting himself like other artists. He missed out on those viral moments that make you an online celebrity, especially outside France. Still, staying mysterious kept his music pure and genuine, and not just another meme.

Honestly, I really respect him for that. Not every artist needs to overshare online, and Werenoi showed you can do things your own way and still be huge.
