From what I've seen online and talking to friends, lots of young people actually like that rotimi amaechi is bold enough to criticize Tinubu. I think people our age are just so tired of the same old leaders and broken promises. When Amaechi pairs up with people like Rufai Oseni and grades Tinubu’s government super harshly, it kinda wakes everyone up. Some say, "Finally, someone’s got the guts to speak the truth!" and they start hoping someone really challenges things before the next election.

But not everyone trusts Amaechi, you know? Some say he's just as much of a politician as Tinubu, like trying to act all honest when he’s played the power game too. So, there’s support but also a lot of eye-rolling, with some people saying, “It's just politics – they're all the same.”

For me, I’m glad at least someone is making noise about how rough things are getting. Whether it’s because they want change or just their own power, I guess what matters now is who will actually stick up for people if things get even worse.
