After the release of 'Ori,' Muyiwa Ademola's career skyrocketed! I remember seeing interviews where he talked about how much the movie literally changed his life. It's like 'Ori' opened up a gazillion doors for him in Nollywood and even got him recognized internationally. Sounded like it was more than just another movie — it was this huge turning point.
Since then, he's become one of those staple names in the Yoruba film industry. Pretty cool how he uses his platform to shout out Nigerian talent and even advocates for government funding to boost Nollywood, like in 'Rubbin' Minds.' From what I've seen, he's also ventured into brand influencing, being a rad husband and father, while building a fan base on social media stuff like Threads.
So yeah, 'Ori' wasn’t just some blip on the radar — it launched him into a solid career, and he's turned into this kind of mentor and inspiration for a lot of upcoming filmmakers and actors in Nigeria. Props to him for not just riding the wave but steering it his way!
