Honestly, I've noticed a lot of people are getting frustrated with the new immigration recruitment portal 2025. It sounds like it’s supposed to make job searching easier for immigrants, but from what I'm seeing and what my cousin went through, all these new digital checks and security features are making it really tough for regular folks to just get started. For example, you have to deal with a bunch of extra steps to even create an account, and don’t even get me started on the robot “verification” screens—my uncle jokes you need a computer science degree just to prove you’re not a bot!

I think the government was trying to cut down on scams or fake applications, but it looks like they made things more complicated for actual people who just want a fair shot at a job. My friend's dad had to try three different times to upload his documents before it went through (and he’s not even that old). It would be a lot better if they focused on helping regular applicants instead of only worrying about security. Just feels like the portal is helping the government more than it’s helping us, you know? If they want us to use it, it seriously needs to be simpler and more welcoming.
