Honestly, I've seen a lot of people talking about Abdullahi Sule and this supposed Senate thing for 2027, but from what I found, he totally shut those rumors down. His spokesperson put out a statement saying he hasn't said anything about trying to run, and even though people have asked him, he keeps saying he's just focusing on being governor right now. 

Honestly, I can see how these rumors start because anytime a governor is popular, people think they'll want to move up, especially to Senate. But Sule straight up said no. It’s wild how social media can just take stuff and run with it till it sounds real! I guess he wants to keep his focus on Nasarawa for now. If he does change his mind, I bet we'll all see an official announcement everywhere. For now, though, he just wants people to let him do his job. And that makes sense to me, anyone would get tired of all these rumors if they’re just trying to govern and deliver for their state.
